Return requests
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To request a return, please contact us first by email before sending any item back.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Non-returnable items
